The wildlife camera roof is a custom-fit accessory for your wildlife cameras in the field. It reliably protects lenses and sensors from weather influences and unfavorable light incidence.
The specific purpose of the wildlife camera roof is to protect against rain, snow, and direct sunlight. This ensures that the camera's detection performance remains stable under changing conditions. Water and snow drainage, as well as reduced sun glare, support successful image capture. Thanks to 3D printing, a functional design is created with low weight and high precision, tailored for practical use.
Material & Design
The wildlife camera roof is made of PETG. The material is dimensionally stable, moisture-resistant, and suitable for continuous outdoor use.
The clip-on versions fit the specified cameras; they are adapted to the contour of the camera and are clipped on. The universal versions are designed for metal protective housings and are held by magnets. The regular universal roof has been tested with ICU and Zeiss housings, and there is now also a large universal roof optimized for Seissiger camera metal housings and a version for the Spypoint SB500s housing.
